Privacy Policy

Kraffic.ai (“Kraffic”, “we”, “us”) is a Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) product of Prime Team Agency. This Privacy Policy applies to https://kraffic.ai, our free brand check, customer and agency workspaces, and related services (together, the “Services”).

If you use Google Sign-In or other Google APIs with Kraffic, this policy is intended to meet Google’s requirements for disclosing how Google user data is accessed, used, stored and shared, including the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use.

1. Information we collect

We collect information in these categories:

• Account information. Name, email address, password (stored hashed), company or agency name, role, and billing or subscription details you provide.
• Brand and project data. Website URLs, brand names, competitors, categories, prompts, confirmed business facts, and content or settings you enter in the platform.
• Measurement data. Public page text we crawl for analysis; AI assistant answers and citations returned for your prompts; scores, reports and recommendations derived from those answers.
• Usage and device data. Log data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URL, approximate location derived from IP, and timestamps. We use cookies and similar technologies for sign-in sessions and essential site operation.
• Communications. Messages you send through contact forms, support email, or in-product chat.
• Google account data (only if you connect Google). If you sign in with Google or authorize Google APIs, we receive the profile information Google shares with us (typically name, email, and a unique Google account identifier) and any scopes you explicitly approve. We do not request Google data beyond what is needed for the feature you enable.

2. How we use information

We use information to:

• Provide, operate and improve the Services (including free checks, scans, reports and recommendations).
• Create and secure accounts, authenticate users, and prevent fraud or abuse.
• Communicate about the Services, security notices and (where allowed) product updates.
• Comply with law, enforce our Terms of Service, and protect rights and safety.
• Process Google user data solely to provide or improve user-facing features that are prominent in the requesting application’s user interface — not for advertising, not for selling personal data, and not for credit scoring or unrelated profiling.

3. Google user data and Limited Use

Kraffic’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

• We use Google user data only to provide or improve features users can see and interact with in Kraffic.
• We do not sell Google user data.
• We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements.
• We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless (a) we have your affirmative agreement for specific messages, (b) it is necessary for security or legal compliance, or (c) the data is aggregated and not identifiable.
• We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as needed to operate the feature you requested (for example secure cloud hosting), or with your direction, or as required by law — and then only under terms consistent with Limited Use.

Separately, Kraffic may call Google Gemini or other Google generative APIs with your brand prompts and public website content to measure AI visibility. That processing uses our API credentials and is not the same as reading your personal Gmail or Drive data unless you separately connect those scopes.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Service providers who host infrastructure, process payments, send email, or provide security — under contracts that limit use to providing services to us.
• AI engine providers (for example OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, Perplexity) when we submit prompts to measure how assistants answer about your brand. Those providers process the prompt text under their own terms.
• Affiliates of Prime Team Agency that help deliver the Services, under this same policy.
• Legal and safety recipients when required by law, court order, or to protect against harm, fraud or security threats.
• Business transfers if we are involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, with notice where required.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session security. We may use analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may prevent sign-in from working.

6. Retention

We keep account and project data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backups, disputes and legal obligations. Measurement answers and crawl snapshots are retained so you can audit scores. You may request deletion as described below.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures such as encrypted transport (HTTPS), hashed passwords, access controls and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we work to protect your information but cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

• Access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you.
• Export a copy of your data.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
• Disconnect Google access at any time in your Google Account permissions and in Kraffic settings.

To exercise these rights, contact us via the Contact page or email privacy@kraffic.ai. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

9. Children

The Services are for business use and are not directed to children under 16 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. International transfers

We may process and store information in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated by email or in-product notice.
